DISCLAIMER: By placing an order for a commission, you are agreeing to the terms of service provided below. Please note that all commissions will be only agreeable for personal, non-commercial usage. I have no intention within this period of time to commercialize my work.The rules here will be updated with notice on most social media platforms, but not a guarantee on all. Only mainly used platforms. Commissions taken before old rules were either revoked or had new changes applied will not be retroactively affected.

I reserve rights to post the commission art piece in full at any point in the process of completion (sketch phase, colouring phase, rendering phase, finished piece) with my watermark on social media and include it within my ever growing portfolio. You reserve the rights to recieve the full illustration file in high resolution and without the watermark for non-commercial usage.
I reserve the right to reject your commission for any reason left stated or unstated due to schedule, health, content within comm being something against my comfort or outside of skill level, etc.
All payments will be done through Kofi only. Accepted currency is USD.
Please send as many references as needed for your comm including character, angle, bg (if wanted), poses, photos to match, etc.
All payments must be fully upfront for a guarantee of goodwill after I have accepted your commission. Time frame of payment is 48 hours. If no payment occurs within the time frame, commission will be cancelled.
All discussions will be had over discord/email/social media platforms you are comfortable using after accepting commission. All options will be laid out before payment process. Please be frequently active and enforce communication as it is YOUR commission, prompt response isn't required, just reply within reasonable timing.
You reserve the right to do three revisions during the sketch phase, one revision in colouring stage and none at rendering stage. Each process will be shared with you till the completion date of commission. Major changes will not be accepted after sketch phase and will lead to commission cancellation.
Fully rendered illustrations can take min. 1 week to max. a full month depending upon complexity and my schedule. Chibis will also take 1-2 days to a week (max.) usually. Please keep this turnover period in mind though it will vary according to commission complexity.
Commisions are not agreeable for commerical purposes. I am not accepting merchandise commisions unless it is for individual purposes; e.g: printing for personal usage, not to be resold in any manner.
@REFUNDS
You are legible for refund before sketch phase if anything comes up that leaves you unable to continue commissioning me. There will be no refunds after starting sketch.
I will personally refund you in full if I am unable to continue a comm due to health, schedule and inability to complete commission owing to circumstances involving our interactions. I will give notice of this and payments will be made again through Kofi only.
No refunds will be accepted even if you think you are unable to find utility with commission, when it's already at a further stage from sketching phase; e.g, you have changed your OC quite a bit since you commissioned me. In this case, the complications will only result in you recieving the commission art either way, minor changes can be made but may be additionally charged for my labour.
